Director’s meeting

Carelend Egypt Director's meeting

On March 7th, Mr. Moody Magdy, the Director of Carelend Egypt, held a meeting to discuss the various programs available for doctors, pharmacists, and nurses in Germany. The meeting also included a discussion of the Ausbulding program, which offers vocational rehabilitation and free nursing studies to students and graduates in Germany.

One of the main topics of discussion was the equivalence programs for doctors, pharmacists, and nurses in Germany. These programs are designed to help foreign healthcare professionals obtain the necessary qualifications and licenses to practice in Germany.

The programs vary depending on the profession and the level of education of the individual, but they generally involve a combination of theoretical and practical training.

For doctors, the equivalence program involves an evaluation of their medical education and training, as well as an assessment of their language skills. They may also need to complete a practical training program in a German hospital or clinic. Once they have completed the program, they can apply for a license to practice medicine in Germany.

The equivalence program for pharmacists is similar, but it may also require additional coursework in German pharmacy law and regulations. Pharmacists who complete the program can apply for a license to practice pharmacy in Germany.

Nurses who want to work in Germany may also need to complete an equivalence program, which typically involves a combination of classroom instruction and practical training. The program may also include language courses to help them communicate effectively with patients and colleagues. Once they have completed the program, they can apply for a license to practice nursing in Germany.

In addition to the equivalence programs, the meeting also discussed the Ausbulding program, which offers vocational rehabilitation and free nursing studies to students and graduates in Germany. The program is designed to help individuals who may have difficulty finding employment due to disabilities or other challenges. It provides them with the training and support they need to become certified nurses and enter the workforce.

The Ausbulding program is open to individuals who have completed at least 10 years of general education and have a minimum level of German language proficiency. It includes a combination of classroom instruction and practical training, and participants receive a stipend to help cover their living expenses.

Overall, the meeting organized by Mr. Moody Magdy was a valuable opportunity to learn about the various programs available for healthcare professionals and students in Germany. These programs provide a path for individuals to obtain the necessary qualifications and licenses to work in their chosen field, as well as opportunities for vocational rehabilitation and career advancement.
